The depth and breadth of experience provided by Maggie is such a gift. Her teachings reach people who are brand new to yoga as well as seasoned yogis. When I leave Maggie’s class, I feel myself moving through the world at ease, with flow, with no physical or emotional resistance. Maggie’s cues throughout the class are easy to follow and lead to a full-body and open-hearted experience that lasts well beyond the 75 minutes I am on the mat.
