The Meridian Flow seasonal program is for 10 weeks and will target your chronic joint pain and provide yoga and qigong sets specific to help you transform from a lot of pain to very little pain - if any at all. 

The Meridian breathing that’s incorporated through the practice will shift your racing anxious mind to a calm, focused, centered mind. 

This combination provides so much freedom in your mind and body!

The problem:

Chronic pain is no joke. 

It dominates your being and shrinks you into a person who identifies with living with pain. After trying every medication and remedy, you begin to wonder if you’ll ever feel normal again, or if you’ll just have to succumb to this pain being part of who you are. 

Will it just always be there now? 

Is this really the new normal?

It’s an endless cycle of pain and anxiety that drains you energetically, emotionally, and physically. 

You watch others living and moving carefree and with ease and you can’t help but feel jealous of their freedom.

Words are really not enough to express how it feels to be inside your body, living day to day with relentless pain that’s “just always there”. 

You feel vulnerable, hopeless, and isolated. 

Another Way…

After being pain-free for many years, I know the power of this multi-faceted practice that works with our energy, emotions, and physical body, which are all connected. I’ve witnessed firsthand how medication didn’t heal, only temporarily giving some relief. Hiding it from the world creates a lot of shame and anxiety for many, so I want you, too, to feel the empowering freedom of taking on your own healing. The confidence of being in a strong, flexible body (after being by far the least flexible person in yoga class when I began) and in possession of a calm peaceful mind allows us to age with grace rather than grow old tight, weak, and depressed.

This program is for those of us who suffer from anxiety, chronic pain, and autoimmune diseases and are now wanting to try something else. Harvard Medical School has now implemented both yoga and Tai Chi into their curriculum, as they’ve seen the healing power that these practices have on our maladapted energy, which is so often where disease starts. That’s why so many doctors are recommending this practice for these issues that western medicine hasn’t gotten a handle on yet.

This practice is not for those who aren’t willing to put effort into their healing. We are ultimately responsible for our own healing, so even if you’re physically limited, so many of these practices can apply with modifications, so don’t rule yourself out! These practices can be adapted for those in wheelchairs or with balance issues.

Outline of Meridian Flow Program:

  • 3+ Meridian Flow and Meridian Yin classes per week

    (virtually or in the studio), recordings are available if these times don’t work:

    ~ Monday evening 5:30-6 pm Meridian Basics or 6:15-7:30 for Meridian Flow,

    ~ Tuesdays 12-1 pm Meridian Yin+Qigong,

    ~ Thursdays 11:15-12:15 Meridian Basics

  • Seasonal weekend workshop to align your energies and practices with the season so you can live in harmony with nature rather than suffering from the maladapted emotions of fear, anger, anxiety, worry, and grief.

This program is for a 10-week season, or ultimately a year, to experience all 5 seasons and the energy related to that season, elements, organs, emotions, and mindset. It can be broken down into seasons as well, each season is 10 weeks, as we are working with the 5 seasons related to Chinese Medicine.

Seasonal Meridian Flow Wellness Weekends:

  • Spring: March 25+26

  • Early Summer: June 3+4

  • Late Summer: August 12+13

  • Autumn: October 21+22

  • Winter: December 9+10
