Enhance Your Practice and Teaching with Vitality Yoga’s Master’s Path Program.
Deepen your practice and teaching with the energy of the seasons, ancient wisdom, and time-honored techniques.
What Our Masters Path Can Do For You?
The Master's Path program will inspire your practice to align with seasonal energies and connect you to a community of like-minded yogis who want to deepen their practice and share it with others.
Many of our students who suffer from chronic anxiety, pain, and autoimmune issues agree that nothing works like this practice to relieve their symptoms. Several, with their physicians’ approval, have reduced their medications after consistent practice.
Each season, according to Chinese Medicine, has a pair of organs that are energetically running the strongest. These organs have energy pathways that run through our bodies called meridians. The meridians are like the wifi signal or electricity that runs the organ. When the energy is smooth and efficient we feel the benefits of endurance from our kidneys, inspired by our liver, peaceful and joyful from our heart, grounded and nurturing from our spleen, and strong integrity and discipline from our lungs.
The emotions we suffer are often from maladapted energy flow. The Meridian Flow and Kundalini practices stimulate these meridians to generate a smooth flow of energy, which soothes emotional dis-ease.
Harvard medical school has implemented yoga and tai chi into its medical curriculum. And now doctors are recommending it to their patients as a form of healing. Hooray!
This is the beginning of yoga becoming part of our society's way of healing from trauma, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and autoimmune issues.
Do you want to be part of this revolution to spread yoga and medical qigong to those who could benefit from it? So many of our students have expressed that these practices help them more than their prescribed medications.
Our Master's Path students come from a wide variety of professions, from nurses, doctors, teachers, social workers, fitness trainers, and therapists who use these practices as tools to help their students, clients, and patients find relief.
If you'd like to stay inspired with other yogis' and learn seasonal yoga and qigong practices, meditations, and breathwork, and have deep meaningful conversations that reflect how the ancient teachings pertain to our current lives, then consider joining us.

What’s the difference between The Master’s Path and 300-hour training?
They are the exact same, the only difference is the requirements of the 300-hour training to be certified with the Yoga Alliance. These requirements are full participation of all of the 10 weekends, teaching in the Teachers Inner Circle, which is a support group of teachers learning to implement what they’ve learned into mini-classes as well as homework and papers written throughout the training.
