Hi, I’m Maggie.

After years of practicing Ashtanga and power flow yoga, I realized it was making my chronic pain worse. The Meridian Flow Yoga and Qigong is an alignment-based slow vinyasa that moves with a long deep breath. 

While holding specific poses to build strength around the joints (which relieves the pain), the mind is focused on breathing through the meridians that are being stimulated in the pose.  

This creates a smooth flow of energy using the mind, breath and body. When the energy, Qi, runs smoothly we feel calm and centered.

This practice has helped so many of us go from a lot of chronic pain and anxiety to very little pain.

The mind becomes peaceful when breathing up and down the simple patterns of the meridians.
